About This Blend

For a perfectly seasoned crust for prime rib, rinse the meat and rub English Prime Rib Rib generously (1 or 2 teaspoons per pound) into every side of the roast. Use the meat drippings to make a tasty seasoned gravy.

This is hands down THE BEST rub for beef. This is our second Christmas using it on our standing rib roast, and it continues to be the best. it's amazing how it "wakes the beef up" to a whole new level. I can't say enough good things about this. it's just incredible.
I use it on steak and pork chops also, and equally as good.
