This blend of celery, salt, onion, garlic, and green peppercorns will add some zip your Bloody Mary or even your prime rib! To make the best Sunday morning Bloody Mary, bartenders will run a lime around the rim of the glass, then dip the glass into a plate of Bloody Mary Mate, and then sprinkle a generous amount into the drink itself. It works just as well on Virgin Marys, tomato juice and tomato soup. This blend was previously called 'Wauwatosa Village Seasoning.'

Signature Bloody Mary
There are many variations of the classic Bloody Mary cocktail recipe. All of them are delicious and interesting, but after some research we concluded that this recipe is the baseline for them all. ...
I use the Bloody Mary Mate for so many things - eggs, egg casseroles, roasted potatoes, soups, and chicken and noodles to name a few. Delicious!
I also want to give a shout out to The Spice House's customer service. I was having difficulty receiving a few of my flat packs in the mail, and Joe responded to my email very promptly. He also sent me a couple of new flat packs very quickly. I appreciated it so much! My cooking is not the same without my Spice House spices! :)

Use it nearly every day!
I still think of it as Wauwatosa seasoning -- which I use regularly. On veggies, meats, in soups, chiles, bolognese sauce -- if I cooked eggs, I'd use it on them. If I made egg salad or any other kind of salad that uses eggs and/or mayo, I'd use it then, too. It's a great foundational seasoning.
