Southern Pan Fried Chicken
For fried chicken that twangs with flavor, mix one part Fried Chicken Seasoning with five parts flour in a bag. Toss in the chicken pieces and shake until coated, then fry. Our Fried Chicken Seasoning is also delicious on fried catfish, grilled pork chops, or to make seasoned croutons. You can even toss cubed potatoes in this seasoning before roasting for an addictive side dish that’s a winner at picnics. This blend was previously called 'Ozark Fried Chicken Seasoning.' Ingredients: Salt, spices, monosodium glutamate, garlic, paprika, sage, thyme, celery.

I really like this seasoning I use it in soups, marinade and of course chicken! Thanks for great blends!
We use this perfect seasoning on virtually everything we make with chicken - it's so good!
Here's a great quick recipe: Generously season chicken tenders with Fried Chicken Seasoning. Put some EVOO and butter in a pan and add a sliced onion. Saute for a few minutes and add the chicken, brown on both sides. Pour in about 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth that has been heated (microwave) with 1 cup of heavy cream. Cover and cook 20 minutes or just til the chicken is done. Thicken the sauce if you want, and add another sprinkle of FCS. Serve over rice. Delish, and the FCS is what makes this smothered chicken amazing!
I didn't realize this spice had MSG which I always try to avoid. It would be much better to not add this ingredient to spice mix.
Put this on all my chicken not just fried chicken.
I use this on more than chicken. Makes vegetables sing!
