Cinnamon, Ceylon Ground
This is wonderful cinnamon, very flavorful and aromatic, but not as spicy as the Vietnamese cinnamon. I use it for everything in which I want a little less spice but all of the flavor, sweetness, and warmth of cinnamon. Spice House cinnamon is the best I've ever used, with an intensity of flavor that is great. I especially appreciate that using this cinnamon has enabled me to cut back a bit on sugar. Thank you!
