This is a tasty, traditional stuffing seasoning that's heavy on sage and freshly ground white pepper. Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of any sort of stuffing: chicken, duck, turkey, even pork chops.This seasoning also makes a great salt-free rub for the outside of a pork roast, poultry or lamb chops. You can also use this to flavor homemade gravies. Hand mixed from: Dalmatian sage, Malaysian white pepper, minced red and green bell peppers, minced lemon peel, savory, powdered rosemary, dill weed, allspice, thyme, marjoram and ginger.
