Poultry Stuffing Seasoning

For that quintessential holiday flavor any time of year, our stuffing seasoning is laden with sage. It also has interesting depth because we add white pepper, savory, and bell pepper. It tastes as good with oyster or bread stuffing in the north as it does with cornmeal-based ones in the south.

This is a tasty, traditional stuffing seasoning that's heavy on sage and freshly ground white pepper. Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of any sort of stuffing: chicken, duck, turkey, even pork chops.This seasoning also makes a great salt-free rub for the outside of a pork roast, poultry or lamb chops. You can also use this to flavor homemade gravies. Hand mixed from: Dalmatian sage, Malaysian white pepper, minced red and green bell peppers, minced lemon peel, savory, powdered rosemary, dill weed, allspice, thyme, marjoram and ginger.
