
Easy Skillet Rolls with Porcini Sea Salt
Porcini mushrooms have been revered since Roman times for their complex flavor. Nutty and woodsy, with an earthiness that is reminiscent of truffles, this salt is great for pastas, charcuterie plates, cream sauces and vegetables. To make this blend, we use Portuguese Salt Cream, the highest quality sea salt skimmed from the surface of the drying pile. We then infuse this pure and elegant base with ground porcini mushrooms. You’ll want to keep this porcini salt within arm’s reach whenever it’s time to eat. Ingredients: Sea salt, porcini mushrooms.
Made mushroom and barley soup this weekend. Used a mix of shiitake and porcini 'shrooms with the Porcini Sea Sat. OMG TDF! One of the ten best things I ever ate.
