In the past I have bought dried porcini mushrooms and none of them didn’t come close to the quality and taste as these! Delicious!!!!
The first thing that comes to mind is WOW! I made a mushroom sauce and both me and my husband loved it! I needed to test them out because Im making a prime rib roast with mushroom risotto for a family new years eve dinner. Im glad I purchased 6 bags. Im doing a “class” on making Mushroom Risotto while preparing that dinner and i plan on handing out a bag for my guests to take home so they can make their own Risotto. Ill be ordering more for sure. I added 1 1/2 TBS to my Romaine lettuce soup and I am amazed by the rich porcini mushroom flavor.
