I created a VERY MILD green Posole with Hominy, chicken, and diced Ortega chillies, flavored with this wonderful Adobo spice mix. Designed for my school children (good flavor, but NOT too hot or salty) since I am the Lunch Lady.
Makes a fantastic shredded beef and pork
