
Herb-Crusted Roasted Potatoes
The light, delicate nature of this Parisian Shallot Salt-Free Herb Blend makes it ideal for fish. We especially love it on fresh lake perch and in seafood salads, but it is welcome on vegetables, baked chicken, and omelets. Mix it with sour cream for a great baked potato dressing. This blend was previously called 'Sunny Paris Salt-Free Seasoning.' Ingredients: Shallots, chives, scallions, pepper, dill, basil, tarragon, chervil, bay.
I sliced a zucchini, fresh from the garden, tossed it with olive oil, and sprinkled it with Parisian Shallot Blend. Roasted in the oven and it was fantastic! It's the perfect blend for squash. Love this!

I use Parisian Shallot Herb Blend as I make my mirepoix for homemade chicken noodle soup. I have gotten so many compliments on this soup, and I know the main reason must be the Parisian Shallot Herb blend. It’s also fantastic in eggs, on fish, and on vegetables.

This blend is amazing. I put it on almost everything except my morning cereal. It goes well with fish and all other meats, vegetables, and pasta.
