Ingredients

1 large egg white, beaten until frothy and just beginning to hold some shape
1 1/2 tablespoons Vulcan's Fire Salt
2 packed tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 cups walnut halves or pieces

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300° and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Mix Vulcan’s Fire and brown sugar into egg. Mix walnuts into egg mixture. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 10 minutes. Stir up to loosen from sheet as well as break up the clumps. Bake another 10 minutes or until dry.

Let cool and serve

Excuse me, but aren’t those Pecans and not Walnuts. Walnuts are blonder and much more ruffled. Never less the recipe sounds wonderful.
