Vanilla sugar is a common substitute for extract in many European baked goods, especially in German baking recipes where it is known as Vanillezucker. Our vanilla sugar is slightly stronger than most commercial vanilla sugars, as it is made with both beans and extract. Besides baking, sprinkle it on toast, fruit, hot cereals, in tea, cocoa, or coffee.This vanilla sugar is used as a base to make our Lavender-Vanilla Sugar and our premium Spiced Vanilla Sugar.

Rather than making it on my own you already have it made! Love to use this to make simple syrups for cocktails and mocktails but also as a rolling sugar for lots of cookies or cakes! Also nice for coffee too!
