Apple Pie Spice
Apple Pie Spice is a sweet spice combination that makes the most delicious apple pie, but it's also useful for many other bakery delights!
Besides being great in any apple dish, this sweet combination of spices also makes a nice addition to waffle batter, sprinkled on French toast, in the crumbled toppings to spice cakes, and even in bbq sauces.
Delicately hand mixed from sweet China cassia cinnamon, Ceylon true cinnamon, powdered cassia buds, East Indies nutmeg and mace. Use about 2 teaspoons per 9-inch pie.
