Our website is taking orders—more orders than at any time in our 63-year history.
We are seeing delays in some shipments handled by UPS Ground and the USPS. Please check our Shipping FAQ for details.
If your order is urgent, please select a premium shipping option for guaranteed fulfillment within 24 hours:

Stores
Our stores are open for walk-in shopping, though the experience may be a little different than it was in the past. We welcome you to come and shop with us. We have and continue to adjust our Covid-19 mask and social distancing policies in accordance with the CDC guidelines and continue to disinfect the store to ensure a safe shopping experience.
You can also place your order on our website and select “Pick Up” as the delivery method at checkout to pick up your spices at our stores in Chicago, Evanston, and Milwaukee. Your order will be filled in about 3 to 4 hours and you will receive an email when your order is ready.
Safety
The Spice House is registered with the Food and Drug Administration and inspected by local health departments. We have always followed strict food safety standards. This includes documented procedures and required training for all employees. In response to new threats posed by COVID-19 we have enhanced our already-aggressive sanitization procedures and we provide face masks for employees.
