Meatless Chorizo Burgers
This recipe works with any type of plant-based burger protein. The chorizo seasoning's spicy, smoky, and savory flavors make any burger a Tex-Mex masterpiece.

Preparation Instructions:
Preheat grill or grill pan to med-high heat. Combine protein and packet contents in a large bowl. Using your hands, blend the seasoning into the protein to ensure evenly distributed spice. Form mixture into 6 burgers. Grill to desired doneness.
