Chili-Lime Shrimp
The spice blend of chile peppers, coriander, and lime make shrimp deliciously bright and savory—perfect for tacos or a grain bowl.

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Chile Lime Shrimp ExactPack
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange shrimp on a baking sheet and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle entire seasoning packet and pour olive oil over the shrimp. Mix with your hands until shrimp are evenly coated. Roast for exactly 8 minutes.

Serve with warm tortillas, guacamole, cabbage slaw, and fresh lime wedges.
