Herb Butter Crostinis with Toasted Onion Dip
These Herb Butter Crostinis are the perfect pairing for our delicious, savory Toasted Onion Dip! They are an essential addition to your next charcuterie board.
This recipe comes from our friend Mahy of Two Purple Figs.
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the crostini by mixing the herb butter ingredients in a bowl. Spread the butter onto the slices of ciabatta bread.
Arrange the bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle Cacio e Pepe Italian Blend on top and add some fresh grated parmesan if you’d like.
Toast the crostini for 15 minutes until slightly crisp.
In the meantime, prepare the Toasted Onion Dip.
Prepare according to the package directions by mixing 2 tablespoons of the spice blend for every cup of sour cream.
Let the dip sit for 10 minutes minimum for the flavors to blend in well.
Divide the dip between two bowls and place one on each side of the charcuterie board.
Choose your favorite charcuterie ingredients! We used tomatoes, broccoli, cucumbers, celery, pears, grapes, olives, walnuts, carrots, and gherkins.
Begin arranging the ingredients around the dip bowls.
Once the crostini is ready, arrange it on the board as well.
Dip and ENJOY!
