Lemon Pepper Chicken

For the marinade, mix together olive oil, garlic, Lemon Pepper Seasoning, and the lemon juice and zest in a bowl.

If your chicken breasts are thicker, pound until flattened. Season your chicken lightly with Lemon Pepper Seasoning, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken to the marinade bowl and cover. Place in the fridge for about a half hour.

In a pan, add a bit of oil and place the marinated chicken. Cook on medium-high heat until both sides are golden brown and the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Garnish with lemon slices & enjoy!
