More About This Recipe
A fizz is a cocktail that leans towards the sour side. It boasts acidic juices paired with carbonated water and simple syrup. Fizz drinks are generally mixed with gin for the classic Gin Fizz that people know and love. Gin Fizzes are shaken with an egg white, which creates a luxurious foam on the top of the drink, and then topped off with soda water.
What is a Ramos Gin Fizz?
A Ramos Gin Fizz is a staple in New Orleans and uses orange blossom water, lemon juice, and lime juice to make a tangy, yet sweet cocktail reminiscent of lemon meringue pie.
Our family has a old recipe that rocks! I can appreciate anyone that makes a drink that goes with brunch.
