Ingredients

FOR THE COCKTAIL:
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp simple syrup (or honey, maple syrup, agave)
1/4 cup tequila
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup soda water
FOR THE RIM:
1/3 cup Yuzu Citrus Salt
1 slice fresh grapefruit

Preparation Instructions:

Start by juicing the citrus and set them aside. In a pitcher, mix all the cocktail ingredients together and shake well. Adjust the sweetener to your taste.

Pour the Yuzu Citrus Salt in a shallow plate. Rub the rim of your glasses with the sliced grapefruit and then dip them in the Yuzu Salt, rotating the glass to get as much of the salt as you can.
