The Sugar

Bright and aromatic, our premium Yuzu is blended with cane sugar, tamarind, and ginger for a sweet, citrusy topper. Stir into cocktails, lemonades, and teas, brighten icings, sprinkle on cakes and cookies, or top fresh fruits and ice cream desserts.

The Salt: Kosher salt, cane sugar, aji amarillo, yuzu oil (natural flavor, fractionated coconut oil). The Sugar: Cane sugar, tamarind powder (tamarind, modified corn starch), ginger, yuzu oil (natural flavor, fractionated coconut oil).
