I bought this to use on popcorn and it is fantastic for that. If you air pop your popcorn like I do it needs a little oil in order for the powder to stick. My solution (which works perfectly) is to spray the popped corn lightly with an avocado oil spray which is neutral in flavor and healthy, but any cooking oil spray would do. The cheddar cheese powder is just salty enough so that I don't feel the need to add additional salt. It's so much better than plain popcorn, and much lower in sodium and healthier than commercial cheddar cheese popcorn you buy in bags. I'm sure it would also be great sprinkled on vegetables such as broccoli or cauliflower although I haven't tried that yet. This has become one of many Spice House items I will be ordering over and over again.
