You supply the purified water, vinegar, the kosher salt, and the cucumbers, and we'll take care of the rest. This Pickling blend of Whole Spices has everything you need for spectacular pickles. Also use it for Old World delights like chicken roll, pig’s feet, and pickled tomatoes and beans.

We use the sweetest cracked cassia bark, lots of sweet cloves and allspice berries along with hand-broken star anise to add a warm sweetness to our pickling spice mix, while pepper, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and juniper add a savory tang. Use 2 teaspoons per quart jar for pickles or use this spice blend for other vegetables like onions, beets, green beans, or even pickled eggs. Blended from: yellow and brown mustard seeds, cassia, allspice, cloves, cracked bay leaves, dill seeds, cracked ginger, Tellicherry peppercorns, star anise, coriander seeds, mace, juniper berries, red chile peppers, cardamom seeds.
