Yield: 1-2 servings
Mash avocado, lemon juice, and Argyle Street blend together.
Smear on toasted bread, top with carrots, cucumbers, toasted sesame oil, sprouts, and additional Argyle Seasoning or black sesame seeds.
Serve and eat immediately.
Optional additions: soft boiled quail eggs, hot chile pepper slices, marinated tofu, or radish.
