Preparation Instructions:

To a pan, heat butter or oil over medium-high heat until shimmering, but not smoking.

Crack two eggs into the pan and season with Lakeshore Shallot & Herb. Cook until desired doneness. Remove from the pan.

To the same pan, add in one slice of bread. Top with bacon, cheese, and fried eggs.

Add the second slice of bread and flip the sandwich so both slices are toasted. Let the sandwich cook on low heat so the cheese starts to melt. Enjoy!
