It's probably not healthy to admit that I have a cabinet of Spice House spices that are in alphabetical order. I use every one of them from white onion to Rodney Scott rubs to 3 kinds of cinnamon and crumbcake sugar. Cayenne to Hungarian paprika. The best Turkish bay leaves to dill weed to Back of the Yards. Someday I will make it to the store, but I will continue to order from NJ until we get a chance to go! I may or may not have encouraged my daughter to apply to U Chicago just to have the opportunity!

I've put this on beef and pork steaks and it tasted absolutely amazing. I like that there is a balance between the spices and salt. The porcini is a wonderful addition.
