Tasty with sauteed portabella mushrooms and onions.
Add it to alfredo sauce for a peppery pasta dish.

Grilled Vegetable Summer Salad
Don't stop at steaks. This pepper rub makes a delicious seasoning for grilled veggies.
This is a re-buy after using the previous. He hits the notes and compliments the pork and chicken grilling and smoking. Nice subtleness.

Great on Everything!
I like to use it on steak and roasted potatoes the most, but it tastes good on everything! Even just adding it to olive oil to dunk bread or pita in is delicious.

I LOVE MY SPICES!
It's probably not healthy to admit that I have a cabinet of Spice House spices that are in alphabetical order. I use every one of them from white onion to Rodney Scott rubs to 3 kinds of cinnamon and crumbcake sugar. Cayenne to Hungarian paprika. The best Turkish bay leaves to dill weed to Back of the Yards. Someday I will make it to the store, but I will continue to order from NJ until we get a chance to go! I may or may not have encouraged my daughter to apply to U Chicago just to have the opportunity!
