Preheat the grill to high heat.
Season watermelon evenly with chile lime seasoning.
Grill watermelon until grill marks appear. (2-3 minutes per side.)
Serve watermelon and enjoy!
Optional garnishes to add could be fresh mint, fresh cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime wedges.
