Cinnamon Toast Ants on a Log
This recipe should really be called ants on a cinnamon stick. The traditional recipe for this time-honored after school snack involves peanut butter. We got creative with some honey, cinnamon, graham crackers, and cream cheese. You can try topping this with nuts, apple slices, or even granola instead of raisins.

Yield: 12 3" celery logs, stuffed

  • 12 3" celery sticks
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon wildflower honey
  • 1 or 2 graham crackers, crushed fine
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Preparation Instructions:

Let cream cheese sit out at room temperature until it soft and spreadable.

Whip honey, cream cheese, graham cracker dust, and cinnamon together.

Stuff celery stick with cream cheese, top with raisins, and serve!
