Yield: 4-6 servings
Preheat grill or grill pan on high and spray with cooking spray.
Rub Citrus Rub over flesh side of salmon. Grill 6-8 minutes, flip over and grill another 6-8 minutes.
Remove from grill, drizzle orange juice and honey over the salmon.
Cover with tin foil and let rest around 10 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with Sea salt to taste and garnish with fresh herbs, lemon wedges, or orange wedges.
