Hungarian Dumplings for Chicken Paprikash
Serve with Hungarian Chicken Paprikash.

Yield: 4-6 servings

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup COLD water
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation Instructions:

Put dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a fork. Add butter and water. Mix with your hands.

Drop 1/4"-1/2" strips (or size of a tsp balls) into a large pot with boiling water.

Do about 20-30 at a time.

Dumplings will be cooked when they rise to the top of the water.
