Mulled Wine with Cinnamon

Preparation Instructions:
Add wine, brandy, Mulling Spices, honey, and orange slices to a stock pot.
Turn burner to medium-low heat and gently simmer for 30-45 minutes. Stir & taste occasionally.
Once you've hit the desired level of spice, sieve the mulling spices and the orange slices out of the mixture.
Serve mulled wine with fresh slices of your favorite citrus fruits and a cinnamon stick.

You can substitute the orange slices for other citrus like lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, blood orange, citron, or tangelos.
