Nothing sets the holiday mood like a batch of mulled wine. Warmer and cozier than any flannel, mulled wine or cider needs good spices. Mulling Spices are hand-selected, of the highest quality, and are exactly what you need to get the party started.

  • 2 750 ml bottles dry red wine or apple cider, nothing expensive needed for this recipe
  • 3-4 tablespoons Mulling Spices
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, dried cranberries, dates, figs, prunes)
  • 1/2 cup ½ cup brandy (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

Wrap Mulling Spices in a cheesecloth or muslin bag.

Simmer wine or cider, Mulling Spices, orange slices, vanilla bean, dried fruit and brandy in a pot over very low heat or a slow-cooker for at least 1-hour and up to 3 hours before serving.
