Nothing sets the holiday mood like a batch of mulled wine. Warmer and cozier than any flannel, mulled wine or cider needs good spices. Mulling Spices are hand-selected, of the highest quality, and are exactly what you need to get the party started.

Preparation Instructions:

Place the Mulling Spices in a muslin bag.

Add wine or cider, Mulling Spices, orange slices, vanilla bean, dried fruit and brandy to a stock pot or slow-cooker.

Turn burner to very low heat and gently simmer for at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours before serving.

Taste frequently. Once you've hit the desired level of spice, sieve the Mulling Spices, orange slices, vanilla bean, dried fruit out of the mixture.

Serve mulled wine with fresh slices of your favorite citrus fruits and a cinnamon stick.
