Place the boneless chicken breasts in a gallon plastic bag.
Mix the yogurt (I use fat free Breakstones) and Tandoori Chicken Seasoning together well and add it to the chicken. Squish it around in the bag until the seasoning is thoroughly mixed with the yogurt and the chicken is coated with the mixture.
Marinate for at least two hours. You can even use frozen chicken breasts and leave it in the bag up to 1 1/2 days in the refrigerator.
Grill outdoors over charcoal or use a grillpan and your oven's broiler function.
This recipe can be prepared with bone-in pieces of chicken too. Alternately, you can cut the chicken breast in 1-2" cubes before marinating. Then you can skewer them before grilling.
