Fantastic Chicken spice
I added this blend to my whole chicken cooked in the Instant Pot, then added more when I put it under the broiler for the finishing touch. It made the chicken taste like it was from my favorite Indian restaurant!
Rub this tandoori spice mix blend directly on meat or mix with plain yogurt for a marinade. It’s delicious for seasoning lamb or beef kabobs. Ingredients: Paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, ginger, cardamom, saffron.

I have been hunting for a replacement Tandoori spice since my local Whole Foods no longer sells it in their bulk section. The Spice House version is better because there's no sugar or salt in it! I'm happy to add my own salt to create the perfect spice blend for curries and for popcorn seasoning. I love it!
When I first read the ingredients list, I was thinking - 'why would I buy this when I already have all of the individual spices?". Truth be told, the quality of these spices and the precise blend they offer is beyond what i could formulate from my own kitchen cabinets.
Just like another reviewer, I marinated chicken in yogurt with the spice mix. No clay pot in my house, so I grilled it outside with gas grill. Served with lemon wedges and fresh cilantro. Another perfect and exotic weeknight quarantine meal.
Have used with yogurt on both chicken and fish. Perfectly balanced. Have also used on roasted potatoes and roasted carrots. Simple and quick way to really heighten a weeknight meal.
Marinate your chicken in yogurt, add sliced onions and some lemon juice -- add this spice blend -- and you're in Tandoori Heaven. Hats off to the Spice House for making it salt-free. A serious winner.
