Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Quarter tortillas with knife.
Pour juice into shallow bowl. Sprinkle spice mix onto a separate plate. Dredge each tortilla in juice and then coat 1 side of the tortilla with the seasoning mix. Place on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, swapping cookie sheet positions after 10 minutes.
By varying the blend of Spice House spices, you can adjust this recipe to your taste. Try other blends for this like Salt-Free Adobo, Hot Chili Powder, or Mexican Chile Lime Seasoning.
