Mix salt and pepper together into a rub.
Brush the ribs with oil.
Rub ribs with salt & pepper mix.
Grill over low heat (from a burner on opposite side of grill) until done, about 2 hours (depends on grill).
If your grill has two burners place the ribs over one burner (kept off) and set the other burner on low. You can baste these ribs with BBQ sauce when they are close to done.
