Somewhere earlier in my foodie life, I read that Celery Salt / Celery Seed was "the Chef's great secret". So I began to just CONSIDER it more often.
Now I find myself including Celery Salt where sometimes regular salt would work, but Celery Salt brings a bit of agreeable "depth" to the dish. Just recently, I've used it in pork & wild rice stuffed Acorn Squash, scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, chicken stew (BEST!), tuna salad, egg salad, in my Beef Rib Roast mix, my simple salad greens tossed with xvoo & vinegar of choice - fresh pepper and celery salt. I could continue the list for a long time. I basically use it all the time.
The Spice House's Celery Salt brings that "freshly ground" fragrance & flavor of celery seed to the party, with the perfect punch of salt. It's a great ratio; and along with their Tuscan Olive Oil Seasoning blend, this is probably my most frequently ordered Spice from them.
Thanks for sourcing, and providing such a great product!!
