This goes great in dishes you never thought to add chili peppers. We have loved it on everything from eggs to pasta sauce. BBQ rubs to pierogis. This pepper really does go great with just about everything. Don't be afraid to be generous with the usage as the heat factor is low in my opinion.
Love the brightness and fruitiness of the guajillo chile. Great accompaniment to Mexican dishes.
