Chinese Five Spice Sliders

Preparation Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients into 1 pound of ground meat. Form into patties of any size, grill or fry.

Try serving these sliders with fresh spring greens and a spicy mayo. An asian-inspired coleslaw would also be tasty.
        
These had a yummy flavor, but were too salty for our taste. Am going to try this again with a little less soy.
