Chipotle Chicken Eggrolls

Clean and prepare chicken. Season chicken on all sides with salt, Chipotle Garlic Barbecue Blend, and Louisiana Creole Blend. Then coat with a few tablespoons of olive oil.

Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours preferably overnight.

Prepare filling ingredients such as cilantro lime rice, roasted corn, etc.

Preheat oil to 350 degrees.

Sear chicken on both sides over medium high heat. Rest 5 mins before slicing.

Prepare eggrolls using 2 sheets of wrappers. Layer sliced chicken, cilantro lime rice, bell peppers, and roasted corn. Roll and seal with water.

Fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
