Ingredients: (3 Tablespoons); The Spice House Bronzeville Southern Rib Rub (1 or 2 teaspoons); 1 Pound Ground Meat (pork, turkey or venison)

This deliciously sweet, salty, and spicy sausage recipe will elevate any breakfast. Serve with egg and cheese on a english muffin or you can break it up for an amazing sausage gravy to pour over biscuits.

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Gateway to the North Seasoning
1 or 2 teaspoons Bronzville Rib Rub
1 Pound Ground Meat (pork, turkey or venison)

Preparation Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the seasonings and meat until well blended. Form into 8 small patties and pan fry until done.
