1.5 oz tequila blanco
1 oz orange liqueur
1 yuzu, squeezed (replace with lime if yuzu isn't available)
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz agave
1/2 tbsp Yuzu Citrus Salt, for rimming
Lime wheels, for garnish

Preparation Instructions:

Run a lime wedge around the rim of glass. Dip the rim into a shallow plate of Yuzu Citrus Salt, twisting gently to coat. Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, orange liqueur, yuzu juice, orange juice, agave, and a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds—until chilled and perfectly blended.

Fill prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the margarita into the glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!
