I mix in various amounts of the spice depending on the amount of equal parts vegan mayo, sour cream, and kefir mixed together (prior to adding the spice) for the total amount of dip needed. Great on roasted or cold veggies, as a topping on any type of burger, or as a sauce to go with fish. Very versatile flavor.
