Tellicherry Pepper, Extra Coarse

My new secret weapon

I have always used a finer grind of a black pepper but I'll never go back. This is so aromatic and lovely and has done great things in every dish I've used it in.

Better than any ground pepper in the grocery stores!

I bought this pepper to use as a rub for spare ribs in the smoker, but I find myself using it on everything I cook. The grind allows the flavor to come through without being too intense to handle. Unlike ground pepper you typically find in the grocery store that contains mostly pepper "dust", this pepper has both substance and amazing flavor!
