Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef, cooked, crumbled, and drained (85% - 95% lean); 4 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce; 2 cans (16 oz.) Bush beans in chili sauce (mild or medium); 2 cans (16 oz.) Bush dark red kidney beans; The Spice House Medium Chili Powder (4 tablespoons); The Spice House Ground Cumin Seeds (2 tablespoons); The Spice House Minced White Onion (2 tablespoons); The Spice House Minced California Garlic (2 teaspoons); (1/2 teaspoon); The Spice House Crushed Red Chiles (1/2 teaspoon)

Adjust your heat levels by adding extra jalapeño chile peppers.

Preparation Instructions:

Throw all the ingredients in a crockpot, stir, and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
