Try making your own Teriyaki using this dried minced garlic. Mix one cup soy sauce to one cup brown sugar, add a teaspoon of crushed red chile flakes and a tablespoon (or two, there is no such thing as "too much garlic" but this minced garlic packs a punch) of minced garlic. Mix until the sugar dissolves, and keep it in the fridge to use for anything from a dipping sauce to the base of your very own Mongolian Beef recipe. Ingredients: Garlic.

Used the group of spices to mix Everything Bagel Seasoning to make a wonderful bread recipe. Used Charnushka seeds instead of black sesame seeds. The seasoning worked perfectly.
I put garlic in just about everything I can so the better the garlic flavor the happier we are. Very handy and the flavor is outstanding.
I've stopped using fresh garlic for almost everything after finding the convenience and flavor packed into this product! I use it often for sautéing vegetables. It will burn quickly at high heat so I brown it on M then throw the veggies in when I turn up the heat. It's also a great addition to curated oils!
