We are using the minced onions with other seasonings and olive oil as a preseasoning for baby potatoes we cook using an iron skillet on the grill. Add the seasonings to a zip bag with oil and toss in the potatoes. Let sit for 30 min and then to the skillet. Cook till tender. Better than buying the pre-packet mix and tins.
