Dramatically better than I expected

These freeze dried chives have become a big favorite of ours. I use them in potato dishes, and also dumplings such as ricotta gnocchi. I prefer them to using fresh parsley for many cooked applications.

I tried them speculatively and was shocked by how good they are. I just ordered two more flat packs.

I've long given up purchasing spices any place else

Because of my advanced age, I use very few spices. Parsley, chives, dill weed and dried onions are the ones I purchase most. It's the superb quality why I purchase these and other spices at the Spice House.I have never been disappointed.
