Garlic Pepper Steak Kebabs
The Back of the Yards Garlic Pepper Butcher's rub brings incredible flavor to grilled steak and veggies for a perfect summertime meal.

Yield: 2-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 Zucchini (cut into chunks - about 1 inch)
  • 1 Red Onion (cut into chunks - about 1 inch)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (cut into chunks - about 1 inch)
  • 1-2 Squash (cut into chunks - about 1 inch)
  • 2-3 tbsp Back of the Yards Garlic Pepper Butcher's Rub

Preparation Instructions:

1. Slice beef into 1-inch cubes along with your favorite vegetables for grilling.
2. Toss everything with 1 tbsp. of oil and a generous sprinkle of Back of the Yards.
3. Skewer and grill on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
