Yield: 2-4 servings
1. Slice beef into 1-inch cubes along with your favorite vegetables for grilling.
2. Toss everything with 1 tbsp. of oil and a generous sprinkle of Back of the Yards.
3. Skewer and grill on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
To make these in the oven:
Preheat oven to 450F.
Roast kebabs for 12 minutes. Turn and roast for another 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F. You can use the broiler to give them some char too.
A kebab is a traditional middle eastern food that generally consists of pieces of meat and vegetables on a skewer and then grilling the skewer.
Kebabs are great when served with rice or on flatbread. Grilled corn on the cob or this chile roasted corn are also both great accompaniments for kebabs.
