Customers love the balanced heat here: enough zip to wake up a dish, but never overwhelming. Many mention the smoky, complex chile flavor and the smooth texture without seeds. It gets sprinkled on pizza, eggs, steak, grilled vegetables, shrimp, omelets, and chili, with some saying it adds extra depth to sauces and curries.

Needs a finer grind!
I wasn’t impressed by this product, it seems kinda clumpy or maybe not a fine enough grind for me.
